Starring Benedict Cumberbatch It’s unusual to see Cumberbatch in such a dark, brooding role but his performance is exceptional here and will likely attract award wins.
He’s surrounded by an exquisite cast too between Jesse Plemons, Kirsten Dunst, and Kodi Smit-McPhee.

We’re not gonna lie – our number 4 entry may seem a little controversial as it is quite artsy fartsy but it is powerful filmmaking.
The Green Knight is often enigmatic, offering no easy answers, but it’s also stunning to look at and stays with you long after viewing The cast are once again brilliant, led by Dev Patel, whose star power is only going up and up.

It may be corny to call our number 3 pick Summer of Soul more of an experience than a movie but that’s what it truly is, akin to something like Woodstock or Stop Making Sense.
It documents the never before televised 1969 free concerts hosted in Morris Park in Harlem Seeing music legends like Nina Simone, Stevie Wonder, BB King and more perform is truly, truly special.
